At RingCentral, I lead ML and data teams building conversational intelligence for ACE (formerly RingSense) and AI platform capabilities.
These systems combine proprietary models, LLMs, evaluation systems, and production data infrastructure for core enterprise communications workflows.
Before RingCentral, I co-founded DeepAffects, a multimodal conversational AI company acquired in 2020. That experience shaped how I translate research into differentiated product capabilities people use at scale.
